I’m a huge fan of collagen for tendon and ligament health. If you’ve had any previous tendon/ligament injuries or tendinitis I highly encourage getting yourself a quality collagen and taking it regularly. Even if you haven’t had any issues in the past it can help prevent them in the future. Quality meat is one thing I always encourage and tell my clients is worth the extra cost. If you are in an area where you have access to locally raised meat, perfect! For many of us though it can be challenging to get grass fed, wild caught and free range meat products. One of my all-time favorite purchases ever. Easily.
