Nutrition Coaching for developing athletes.

Helping youth athletes feel confident in their food choices so they can thrive in their sport and in life.

During these important years when your child is growing and developing at an incredible rate, their nutrition becomes especially important.

What they are eating during this time plays a major role in ensuring they are growing optimally.

With this age group, it’s very easy for nutrition to get overlooked as they are trying to balance school, practice, after school activities, homework, and friends oftentimes resulting in late nights without adequate sleep. Without proper planning and having a strategy in place ahead of time, nutrition can be an afterthought and your child likely ends up relying on eating whatever is most easily accessed (e.g. fast food, vending machines, convenience stores).

I will help you and your child develop a personalized strategy that ensures they are eating optimally. These nutritional strategies will promote proper growth and ensure that their body is functioning optimally.

We will work on goals unique to your child, including ways to help them be better fueled to perform at practice and games and a strategy to improve recovery afterwards.

Implementing nutrition coaching will not only set your child up for a healthy future but will give them the best chance to take their athletic career to the next level.

I will work with you and your child as their nutrition coach every step of the way. Together we will create a plan that will help you and your child balance school, sports and extracurricular and ensure you know what foods, snacks and supplements your child should have to help them reach their goals.

How It Works

Book your free 20-minute discovery call. We will use this call to establish your goals, get to know one another, and determine if we’re a good fit for each other. 

Upon booking your call you will be sent an e-mail with the Discovery Call Form attached. You will need to fill out the form and submit it to me at least 24 hours before your call.
